GENERAL MEETINGS
Our General meetings cover a wide range of
subjects. Typically, such a meeting will involve the
conducting of general PCS business or the distribution of
information concerning up-coming meetings and other
opportunities in the local community. As warranted, there
will be discussion regarding the latest computer security
threats, new products and other items of interest to the
membership.
Often some of our members give presentations about subjects in
which they have some specialized knowledge. For example,
Phil Ball's Windows Tips 'n' Tricks is a constant crowd pleaser.
Recently, we have had other members give talks and
demonstrations about backup techniques, GPS equipment and virus
and spyware removal.
In addition, some of our speakers are provided
by the
AZACC (Arizona Alliance of
Computer Clubs). Often these individuals represent
commercial enterprises and demonstrate new hardware and software
for your consideration.
While these speakers obviously have their business interests in
mind, their presentations are related to our mission and members
are often presented with significant discounts should they wish
to purchase the products.
RECENT MEETINGS
Charlie
Grantham discussed "The Future Of Work" at one of our meetings.

A PCS PICNIC
 We
don't forget the social niceties at PCS either. Once a year we get
together for a social meeting and have an indoor picnic!
There's a short presentation followed by a pot-luck feast that always seems
to fill everyone completely.
