BEGINNER'S SIG USING VISTA
These are classes designed for the person who is new to
computers and will include lots of “how to” and will include
very little technical matter. It will be very low on a scale of
geek-ness. The basic principle is that you do not need to know
how your computer does things as long as you know how to make it
do the things that you want to accomplish with it.
It is anticipated that we will likely have 6-8 sessions but this
may vary since we will take the time to discuss questions which
may take more time. While there will be structure to the
intended curriculum, it will be taught at the pace of the
audience.
The demonstration computer will be running Windows Vista, but
you do not need the newer operating system to benefit from these
classes. The meetings will be easy, friendly and fun. Join
us and bring a friend or two.
